Shallow Blaster Installation Guide
Steps:
1.Drill two 5/16’ holes at upper location towards rubber gasket. (dimples in plate exist)
Note--Not all motors require that these be installed, ask the dealer for your application.
2.Tilt motor to allow the blaster to be slide in place along the cavitation plate.
3.Use a board between the front edge of the blaster and the trailer or hull to help get
a snug fit while trimming the motor back down. (Use extra caution to not damage
 the blaster or the hull)
4.Once the blaster is in place, use a clamping tool placed across the Red Arrows section
to pull the back end of the plate into a snug fit. (Don’t over squeeze plate, can
cause the lower edge to crack )
5.Measure the distance between the Green Arrows to prepare the space plate
installation.  There usually is enough spacer plate left for a second installation.
You may want to sand a curve to match the shape of the motors cavitation plate.
6.Now you can drill the 5/16” holes through the blaster and the spacer plate, being
sure not to drill into the motors cavation plate.
7.Install the screws, remove the holding clamp and your complete.
8.
Important:        Since this is not being installed by a dealer, no warranty is applicable
for the shallow blaster.  Item is sold on an “AS IS” basis.
   Installer assumes all responsibilities.
